Step-By-Step Make Sushi At Home
1. Cook Rice
Steam Sushi rice in a rice cooker, and then add Sushi vinegar over it.
2. Mix the Rice with Sushi Vinegar
Use a shovel to break the rice to mix the rice with sushi vinegar totally. Before adding more vinegar, you should fan the rice. Repeat this process, and every grain will be full of vinegar in a cool temperature.
3. Cover the Bowl With Damp Towel
This step will prevent the rice from drying out, but do not refrigerate the rice.
4. Cover The Nori
Put a Sushi mat in front of you. Get a nori sheet on it and put the shiny side down. Then dip your hands in water, and gather a cup of rice. Put it on the nori and gently cover the nori, leaving 1-inch margin.
5. Arrange Filling
Put the materials we prepared (cucumber etc.) over the rice. Use the Sushi mat lift edge up the filling. And then tuck the mat tightly.
6. Slice the Sushi
You should slice the Sushi in half. And then slice them in pieces.
